An accomplished professional, Mr. Lorenzo Hills brings years of experience in multiple financial disciplines to his current role as the Managing Director of East Coast Commercial Finance, a commercial real estate finance company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Co-founded by Lorenzo Hills in 2003, East Coast Commercial Finance provides direct commercial lending, note sales and advisory services, and financing for commercial real estate construction. In his role as the Managing Director of the company, Lorenzo Hills focuses on developing structured debt products for the Specialty Finance industry. To date, Lorenzo Hills has delivered sales in excess of $500M throughout the world. In relation to his management of East Coast Commercial Finance, Lorenzo Hills serves as the Principal and Co-Founder of the East Coast Commercial Finance Mortgage Fund I. Additionally, Lorenzo Hills serves as Fund Manager of the East Coast Commercial Finance Mortgage Fund I, LLC. Through his management of these funds, Lorenzo Hills has provided financing to a wide variety of business owners throughout the United States and Canada. Committed to professionalism and responsibility in real estate finance, Lorenzo Hills maintains membership in a number of leading professional institutions, including ULI (Urban Land Institute), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), and MBA (Mortgage Bankers Association). Before founding East Coast Commercial Finance, Mr. Lorenzo Hills managed numerous successful start-up companies in several fields, including high technology manufacturing, software, and e-commerce.
